✅ Before Order Confirmation
- You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant
- A full refund will be issued in such cases
⛔ After Order Confirmation
- Once the restaurant accepts and starts preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible
- This is because food preparation begins immediately to ensure timely delivery
🚫 Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The food is already being prepared
- The order is out for delivery
- A reasonable preparation time has already passed
⏳ Delayed Orders
- If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact support
- Cancellation or compensation will be decided after verification
📍 Incorrect Details
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if:
- Incorrect address is provided
- Customer is unavailable or unreachable
💳 Refund on Cancellation
- If cancellation is successful (before confirmation), refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
